Angela “Angie” Rowell Simpson, 54, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025. She was born January 31, 1971, in Union County, daughter of Eugene and Mary Rowell. Angie was preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Mills.

Angie dedicated over fifteen years serving the public at 601 Food Mart. She enjoyed every moment of her job there and considered all her customers as her loyal family.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM in Monroe Deliverance Center Church of God. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery of Pageland, 2584 Hwy 601 North, Pageland, SC 29728.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Simpson is survived by her sons, Chris Simpson, Tommy Simpson and Justin Simpson; two grandchildren; brother, Mike Rowell (Annette); sisters, Karen Wheeler (Andres) and Teresa Almond; and her fiancé, David Blackburn.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials be made to Monroe Deliverance Center Church of God, 3210 Secrest Short Cut Road, Monroe, NC 28110.
